Another Senior Moment

I was real excited when Briana called me about photographing her Senior Portraits!  Julia and I would sit with her dad during basketball games and enjoy the skill and grace of the young women from Ursuline on their way to the State Championship!  I vowed to show a different side of Briana during our two day portrait shoot.  It took a full day to get her warmed up, but the results were stunning.  Briana said “I was a little nervous the first day” especially after taking her AP tests for college.  We cruised Talley Day Park, Baynard Stadium, the Brandywine River, and my back yard to fully capture Briana’s inner self.

I want seniors to be themselves and not have to live with the “cattle shoot” photos they get from school.  It is a hard road to market, yet I find the most gracious seniors to spread the word.  It is truly an experience to spend time with these young adults and to allow them the freedom of expression.  There are no rules except to have a great time.  I’m sure Briana will remember our experience and cherish these photos for years.  Thank you!

Brides Revisited

Natalie and Tony became friends when they married in February of 2007.  I had the pleasure recently to photograph their family including Anthony who stole the show.  We spent a few hours roaming Winterthur looking for things to explore.  One of my great pleasures in life is to have a bride call me and tell me about her new family.  I just love doing portraits and the experience for all of us will last a lifetime.  Thank you for sharing your son with me!

This is a beautiful time of year for family portraits and holiday cards.  Please feel free to call me and schedule a portrait experience before the storms blow the colors off the trees. Here is the complete story
